This is a series of classes in blocks of 4 sessions designed to assist you in understanding the universal spiritual energies and how to allow your body to connect at a higher frequency. They are many different topics what we cover – these include: The Ascended Masters, Angels, Auras, Body and Soul Connections, Other Dimensions, Higher Frequencies, using and practicing with different tools.
